Sofia recently obtained a Master’s of Public Health in Disaster Management from Tulane University's Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where she was awarded with the ENHS Certificate of Recognition for Excellence in Environmental Health Sciences.

​

As a Talent Advisor with Raindance Partners, Sofia partners with innovative biotechnology, life sciences, and healthcare organizations to identify exceptional talent for critical leadership and technical roles across the United States. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to understand the scientific, operational, and strategic needs of growth-focused companies while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.​

Outside of her professional role, Sofia is an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, a loving wife and dog mom, co-founded the Unite to Light Homelessness Project and Global 5K initiative. She has completed FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certifications and is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Sofia remains passionate about community service, resilience, and promoting a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.​
