In 2008, Mike followed his passion by starting Raindance Partners with a mission to provide Life Science companies with the highest-quality candidate pools in a timely and efficient manner, while striving to perfect the overall candidate and client experience.

He's held commercial leadership positions with Illumina, QIAGEN, CombiMatrix, and Fisher Scientific. Additionally, he worked in the lab at Genentech upon graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
Mike is a recent California transplant now living in Wilmington, NC with his wife and three children. His hobbies include surfing, golf, running, hiking, and mountain biking.
