Melissa brings 20+ years of business experience to Raindance Partners. She started her career in journalism, having the unique opportunity to work as a news anchor and reporter at television stations across the country. Melissa has interviewed and covered in-depth news stories on distinguished scientists, researchers, and doctors at some of the country's most prestigious universities, hospitals, and companies.

 

She always thought she would make a good TV agent because she has an eye for talent and a knack for connecting people. Melissa found recruiting was a perfect fit for these skills and she absolutely fell in love with the profession.

 

She enjoys recruiting in the Life Sciences because she has the privilege of working with people and companies making a difference. Melissa lives in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband and golden retriever, Bear.
