Susan joined Raindance Partners in 2021. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences tool industry where she worked in Boston for young, start-up companies as well as industry leaders such as Applied Biosystems and Thermo.

 

Susan enjoys developing and cultivating relationships while sourcing the best possible candidates for her clients.

 

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Business from Roger Williams University. She now lives on the Connecticut coast and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
