Following in his father’s footsteps, Charlie joined Raindance Partners in early 2025, specializing in executive search across a wide range of industries. He has a passion for identifying exceptional talent and thrives on the challenge of successfully completing difficult, high-impact searches where the right candidate is not always easy to find.

 

Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree in Management & Leadership with a minor in Religion from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His background in leadership, relationship building, and service has shaped his approach to executive recruiting. 

 

Charlie resides in Wilmington, North Carolina, with his wife and son. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, weightlifting, reading, and exploring his passion for tobacco pipes. He serves as founder & president of two tobacco pipe clubs, where he enjoys fostering community and bringing people together around a shared interest.

 

Faith and service are central to Charlie’s life. He and his family attend a local Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) congregation. Charlie has served extensively in youth ministry, including leadership roles within church youth programs, and previously worked with a tutoring program dedicated to supporting underprivileged youth.
