Bree has been a member of the Raindance Partners team for over a decade. She is a seasoned expert in recruiting for the technology, biotechnology, media, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Bree's expertise was shaped by her early career in luxury hotel and resort recruitment, which provided her with a strong foundation in human resources, business strategy, and practical methods to attract and retain best-in-class talent at every level. Her forte is crafting customized recruiting strategies that help her clients stand out in the competitive world of talent acquisition.

 

In addition to her role at Raindance, Bree serves on the Board of Directors for Santa Barbara's Ventech Emerging Ventures & Technology Forum. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and resides in Ventura, CA.

 

Her passions include running, practicing yoga, spending time with friends, and traveling to new destinations with her family.
