Karen joined Raindance Partners in March 2019.  She brings over 30 years of experience in the Life Science industry. After receiving her BS and MSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from U of M in Ann Arbor, MI she has worked at premier life science tools providers such as Pall Life Sciences, Millipore, Applied Biosystems, Spotfire, GVS Life Sciences, and 11 startups in biotech. 

 

She resides back in the Ann Arbor, MI area after making homes in Chicago, Boston, and San Francisco for over 25 years. 

 

Her expertise lies in molecular biology, genomics, and bioinformatics with capital equipment sales, marketing, business development, and scientific roles. 

 

She is an avid outdoorsman with a love of nature and spends her time with family and friends biking, hiking, playing tennis, and listening to live music.
