Based in Research Triangle Park, NC, Mischa joined Raindance Partners in 2021. She began her career in capital equipment sales with Applied Biosystems, through their merger with Invitrogen to form Life Technologies (now part of Thermo Fisher.) Her focus quickly shifted toward next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows and custom assay development as she rounded out her journey in genomics with Integrated DNA Technologies managing the southeast region.

 

Like many of us, the pandemic revealed a professional crossroad for Mischa to pivot and leverage her technical background and collaborative mindset in executive recruiting. 

 

Mischa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, hot yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, and watching her two teenage competitive swimmers chase their dreams with the Marlins of Raleigh!
